Complete Information Before Signing
Nursing professionals receive complete information about the workplace, the facility and the working conditions in good time before signing – at least seven (7) days before signing an employment or placement contract.
Getting to Know Each Other Before Signing
Before signing a contract, an introduction between the nursing professional and the employer takes place (e.g. interview/call), so that both sides can make an informed decision.
