As founder and managing director, Hichem Mribah is responsible for international recruitment and leads the close collaboration with our language schools in Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco. He forms the central link between training in the country of origin and recognition in Germany.
Through his many years of experience in processing deficiency notices, certifications and official recognition procedures, he ensures smooth processes and the highest accuracy. His area of responsibility encompasses the entire preparation of applicants – from document review to final recognition.
Josef Mribah is the strategic and operational figurehead behind Germany Success. As project manager and partner, he is responsible for the entire operational and strategic management of the company – from project management and authority communication to the development of efficient recognition processes.
He is the direct point of contact for employers, conducts negotiations with project managers and accompanies every new partnership from the first enquiry to successful integration. With his experience in building international recruitment processes, his sense for structure and his clear hands-on mentality, he stands for reliability, speed and quality.
Yasir Butt is the link between applicants, employers and authorities. As Key Account Manager and Project Coordinator, he accompanies the entire process – from visa applications and entry organisation to integration in Germany.
He ensures a close flow of information between all parties involved, coordinates appointments, communicates with immigration authorities and employers and personally accompanies skilled workers during onboarding. With his high level of commitment, reliability and organisational talent, he guarantees a smooth process for every project and stands for direct, solution-oriented communication.
