Policy Statement – Fair Recruitment

Germany Success commits to fair, transparent and responsible recruitment of international nursing professionals. Our cooperation is based on respect, legal compliance and the goal of sustainably integrating nursing professionals in Germany.

2.1.1 Guiding Principles

1

Written Documentation

All essential agreements in the placement process are documented in writing. Nursing professionals receive all relevant information in a timely and comprehensible manner.

2

No Fees for Candidates

Nursing professionals bear no placement fees. Germany Success ensures that no costs are passed on to nursing professionals in the regular placement process.

3

Risk Minimisation

We design processes to minimise risks for nursing professionals. This includes transparent procedures, clear responsibilities and responsible handling of dependencies in the migration process.

4

Transparency

We communicate requirements, steps, timelines, responsibilities and cost regulations clearly and understandably. Nursing professionals should be able to understand at any time what will happen next.

5

Sustainability

The goal of our work is not only entry into Germany, but long-term, stable integration into work and life in Germany – including support with language, recognition and orientation.

6

Responsibility for the Entire Service Chain

We take responsibility for the entire service chain and only work with partners who comply with these principles.

2.1.2 WHO Code

Germany Success aligns with the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. We do not recruit from countries that are classified as critical under WHO principles.

2.1.3 Human Rights and International Standards

Germany Success is committed to the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We also consider recognised fair recruitment guidelines.

2.1.4 Employer Pays Principle

Germany Success ensures that nursing professionals do not bear any direct or indirect costs for the placement process at any point in time. This principle applies to the entire service chain – including cooperation partners.

2.1.5 No Unlawful Binding or Repayment Clauses

We do not use unlawful binding or repayment clauses that unduly disadvantage nursing professionals. Any legally permissible special arrangements are explained transparently (see "Costs & Employer-Pays").

2.1.6 Public Communication

This policy statement is publicly accessible and formulated in clear language. It serves as a binding framework for our work.
