Our Placement Process

On this page, we explain our placement process transparently and comprehensibly. The aim is for nursing professionals and employers to understand the individual steps, responsibilities and timelines – even before contracts are signed.

Process Overview

Our placement process generally follows four phases:

Recruitment & Suitability Assessment

In this phase, applications are reviewed, qualifications are pre-assessed and an introduction (e.g. interview/call) is usually organised. Nursing professionals already receive transparent information about requirements, procedures and framework conditions at this stage.

Recognition & Qualification

Subsequently, the recognition pathway is clarified. Depending on the case, document reviews, compensation measures or examinations may be necessary. In parallel, language requirements are prepared and fulfilled.

Entry & Start in Germany

Once the legal requirements are met, entry planning takes place. After arrival, we support with the most important organisational steps (e.g. orientation, official appointments as needed, first steps in daily life).

Integration & Stabilisation

For us, integration means: sustainable settling in. This includes support with recognition/qualification, language development and structured communication with the employer and nursing professional.

Contact Person and Availability

Nursing professionals and employers receive clear contact persons. Availability and communication channels are coordinated transparently.
