We offer support in the following visa procedures:

We support various visa procedures under the Residence Act. Germany Success accompanies and advises – the final decision rests with the competent authorities.

Comprehensive management of the recognition procedure including the administration of required documents.
Correspondence with recognition authorities and immigration offices.
Support for applicants in arranging appointments to obtain work visas at embassies.
Organisation of travel arrangements for applicants.
We are available as a point of contact for both applicants and employers for any issues arising before and after taking up employment.

No placement or application fees are charged to nursing professionals (Employer-Pays Principle).

Procedure for applicants without German professional recognition:

First, requirements and needs for the applicants to be placed are clarified in close coordination with the client. Meaningful application profiles are created to enable applicants to present their skills appropriately.

Job interviews are organised via platforms such as Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc. During interviews, we provide moderation to ensure a smooth process. If needed, we also organise job fairs in the candidates' home countries.

Employment contracts are explained to applicants, including specific provisions under the Collective Agreement for the Public Sector (TVöD). Together with the employer, we coordinate the procedure for obtaining work visas.
